As government and local authorities gradually ease restrictions put in place to slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Nielsen TAM will be resuming field visits using a phased approach.

This will mean a slow and gradual resumption of field visits from 26 May 2020.

Whenever possible, we will continue to utilise creative remote repair management and support techniques to allow us to continue to maintain our audience panel.

For maintenance that cannot be carried out remotely, technicians will contact households to discuss whether they are willing and comfortable with them visiting the home at this time.

Our first priority is the health and safety of our panellists and our technicians. Rest assured that our technicians have been provided with personal protective equipment and will be following all necessary hygiene protocols during each visit.
